Today's tip is pretend it is Friday.
When we are having a bad day or a long week, I will send my husband a message saying tonight let's pretend it is FRIDAY! I follow up with stop for wine and a treat.

In order to make it feel like a Friday night, I make a special meal or order our favorite sushi. Sometimes we let Luna watch a Disney movie which is a treat for her as well. Don't judge...it's pretend Friday. After her bedtime, we enjoy a drink, dessert and a movie.
I promise your midweek slump will dissipate if you have a pretend Friday every now and again.
