Letter to My Husband: Happy 6 Years!

Six years ago on July 17, 2009, we became husband and wife.  I do not know if I tell you often enough, but I love being your wife.  In fact, I am proud to be your wife. You have taught me so many things, and continue to teach me to believe in myself and to take life one step at a time. 

For the first time in twelve years since we have been together, you were down and out, and it put things in perspective for me.  It was hard seeing you not feeling well, but it made me feel good to take care of you for a change. It made me realize how important you are to me.  Without you, I would not be complete. 

I am blessed to be married to a classic man, a man who walks me into a room, a man who is extremely hardworking, a man who is constantly working on being better, a man who does not take his role as a father lightly and a man who has proven loves me unconditionally. 

Thank you for being my rock, my nurse, my coach in the corner and my daily encouragement for twelve years. 

Here are just a few of our memories, and I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for us!

I remember feeling scared to become parents because I thought it would change our relationship.  It did change us, but it has made US even better! The world better watch out!
