Lendy Lately

I am going through a rough patch, but I promise I am not giving up by any means. That's not my style. I thought I would share what I have been dealing with because I think many people struggle with anxiety and feel shame to put it out there. Ever since I can recall, I have had anxiety.  If you don't know what its like to have anxiety, it comes in waves. This time around I had a migraine for 10+ days.  Then, in the midst of this I was heading to the drugstore, pulled out of our driveway at the same time as my neighbor and boom. Luckily, it was a minor fender bender, but when your anxiety is high and your head feels like it needs to be removed from your body, this sucks big time. Lesson: Ask for help and remember to breathe.  I am working my way out of this wave, and now here's what I have been up to lately...

I bought this little watercolor paint set for Luna, and I am absolutely loving our painting time.  I was going to save it for our hotel stays, but it is perfect to keep her busy these days that I have not been feeling well. I am already planning to up our watercolor game with some new supplies.

Listening to the Somewhere Over the Rainbow Pandora station because it's chill, but not zen yoga music because I still need to be awake for Luna's sake.

Since I am currently in my yo-yo weight period, "my small jeans" aren't fitting me so I have been wearing distressed boyfriend style stretchy pants similar to these

I've been tracking my water intake like a champ with this Waterlogged app. I try to drink 90-120 oz of water per day. It's Especially important on headache days!

I bought a Groupon for a session at True Rest Float Spa. Heard it's crazy and amazing. I'll let you all know how it goes.

*The photo above was taken during our recent trip to Muir Beach Overlook.
