Friday Favorites

Hey guys! What are you up to this weekend? Since we were gone last weekend, I am looking forward to chillaxing.  The weather is cooling down a little so I am especially looking forward to our lazy Sunday tradition.  Hope you have a wonderful weekend, and here are this week's favorites...

Favorite Toddler find: Braided Princess Crown -via Cup of Jo. Luna is beginning to let me braid her hair and with the warmer days coming, I can't wait to try these Heidi braids. 

Favorite Dress: Salmon lace trim shift dress -via Nordstrom.  Coral (salmon) always makes me think of Spring. I am not big on pastels, but coral is my jam, and its time to go dress shopping. 

Favorite Beauty: Lipstick Queen in Jungle Queen (coral) -via Nordstrom. A few seasons back this was the coral lipstick famous for looking good on everyone.  

Favorite Treat: Grapefruit Popsicles -via Paper & Stitch. I have already begun making popsicles to enjoy in our backyard. 

Favorite Gift idea: Crystal collections -via Soul Makes. This friendship collection would be such a thoughtful gift, and they also have several different options like creativity and happiness. 

Favorite Song of the Week: My girl by The Temptations because it makes me happy! Luna and I break this down in our kitchen.  

Friday Favorites

Happy Halloween! What are you up to this weekend? We are planning on taking Luna trick-or-treating for the first time.  I chose the easiest cute costume ever, and of course she loved it even more because we were twins.  After the Halloween fun, don't forget to move your clocks back. Have a wonderful weekend, and here are this week's favorites.

Favorite Quote: Thinking "Here Goes Nothing" Could be the start of everything - Drew Wagner.  I recently took up running, and have definitely had to repeat this to myself! 

Favorite Shoes: Ballet Black Suede Lace-Up Flats are cute and these are great too both under $30!

Favorite DIY: Moon & Stars Pumpkin 

Favorite Fall Top: Black Turtleneck. I think some woman are turtleneck people and some just aren't into it! I am pro-turtleneck. Since Fall has been holding back on us, I am now ready for winter!

Favorite Toddler Book: Don't Let the Pigeon Stay Up Late! Luna loves all the Pigeon books and mom & dad enjoy them too.  

Favorite Treat: Halloween Donuts via Sophia Mya Cupcakes. These would be a great treat for Luna tomorrow morning! Its great that Halloween is on a Saturday this year.

Friday Favorites

The weekend is here and the weather has cooled down to the 80's which is cause for celebration. I am not sure yet what we will be doing this weekend, but I assure you we will be outdoors!  

Here are today's Friday Favorites and a fun song to start the weekend off right. 

Favorite Summertime Drive: Highway 1. There is nothing better than driving up the coast of California. 

Favorite Movie: Breakfast at Tiffany's is one of my all-time favorite movies, and lately on Friday's during Luna's nap I have started taking a little time for myself to watch an afternoon flick. 

Favorite Quote: "You are my sun, my moon, and all my stars" by E.E. Cummings always reminds me of my Luna.

Favorite Drugstore Product: Miracle Foot Repair actually works.  During summer our feet need to look great and feel extra soft, and this is the best stuff ever!

Favorite Mommy swimsuit: Albion Fit-Sunset Blvd swimsuit is beautiful. I am shopping around for a swimsuit and this may be it!

Favorite Treat: Dark Chocolate Detox Bites look delicious. I have not indulged in chocolate in awhile now, but when I saw these I instantly wanted a bite. 

I wasn't sure about this song the first time I heard it, but now its grown on me. It is Fun like the title, and it gets Luna and I dancing in the kitchen.  I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
